From idea to first customer.
Build and validate your idea with a structured cohort. 4 events, 6 weeks, real accountability.
6 weeks, week by week.
Event 01 — Idea Validation Sprint
Stress-test your concept. Leave with a specific problem statement and a named customer.
Talk to your named customer
Execute between events. Async cohort check-ins and accountability — no group call required.
Event 02 — Build & MVP Sprint
Manual version first, then build live with AI tools. Test with a real person in the afternoon.
Iterate on your MVP
Keep testing with real users. Async cohort check-ins and accountability between events.
Event 03 — Go to Market & MVD Sprint
Stop building, start selling. Real outreach begins in the room and continues until a clear signal.
Event 04 — Go public & demo
Publish your story in the room. First customer — or a confident, honest stop.
Inside each event.
Idea Validation Sprint
Everyone arrives with an idea. They leave with a validated, specific problem statement and a named customer. No introductions. The work starts immediately.
- Specific problem statement — one person, one frustration
- Ownership question answered in writing
- Cohort formed — 12 people for the next 6 weeks
Build & MVP Sprint
Manual version first — no laptops until the solution has been done by hand. Then build live with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or Replit Agent. Afternoon: test with a real person.
- Manual version done with one real person
- Working MVP or prototype built with AI tools
- Tested in the afternoon — what the person actually did
Go to Market & MVD Sprint
The day the room stops building and starts selling. Facilitator sends real outreach live. Everyone sends their first batch of messages before leaving — then keeps sending after the event until they get a yes, or enough honest no's to know this isn't what people want. Both outcomes count. Minimum Viable Distribution.
- First real messages sent in the room — not drafted, sent
- Outreach continues after the event until a yes or a confident stop
- Every response documented — yes, no, silence
Go public & demo
Yes — it IS a demo day. Just not the one you know. No VCs, no pitch deck. We applaud founders who reached their first customer, and we applaud just as loud the ones who validated, learned to stop, and saved themselves years building something nobody wants. Either way: you publish your story in the room before leaving.
- Story written and published in the room — honest, specific
- First customer, or a clear, confident decision to stop and start again
- Public credential: the artifact, not a pitch deck
Meet the people running it.
